    A dozen red tulips were ordered which was sent we were advised some were broken we took her 2 dozen tulips the next day 1 dozen yellow 1 dozen pink she said tulips were her favorite flower & was very thankful for the new flowers

    Fast service & was told they were beautiful but not quite what I asked for. Asked for 11 red roses with 1 yellow rose in middle (my husband's signature arrangement) and they delivered red & yellow mixed roses. I will use them again because my mother-in-law said they were gorgeous but will make sure my instructions are followed next time by calling instead of using the online service.

    Look at arrangement again 11 Red Roses 1 yellow Rose in center per instructions yellow fillers flowers were added instead of white baby breathe to add beauty to arrangement It was NOT mixed Roses

    I called yesterday at 1:30 ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a cancer patient at NorthOaks. I confirmed they would be delivered on yesterday. I received notice last night that this patient did not receive flowers. I have called 4 times today to see what happened. Left one vm and hung up on vm other 3 times. It this how you do business? I have not been able to confirm if my card has been charged.

    Due to Valentine order was delivered later than expected Hospital does not allow flowers to be left unless patient is there. We do not know how long befor delivered to the room. When hospital notified us to pick up flowers we immediately called customer to see how she wanted it handled & advised that credit card would be credited

    My mother said the bouquet was beautiful, although it was supposed to be yellow roses with purple accent flowers and it instead was red roses and other colors. Didn't matter she was happy.

    Online ordering was easy and worked out nicely. I did have a bad connection when I tried to place my order by phone. The voicemail greeting does not mention the name of the floral company so didn't leave a message, however, again, it was just as easy to place the order by phone.
