    The bouquets are always gorgeous and they arrive on time. The greenhouses have a huge variety of plants, including a vast array of unusual ones, and the prices are pretty much unbeatable. The employees are always awesome too. I highly recommend Riverside to everyone, and I'm so glad to have this business in our community!

    The Monstera was out of stock and would be a week out which was a huge disappointment. I opted for another plant but as the message included mention of Monstera that also needed to be changed. The guy that called me to take care of things was awesome so 5 stars to him but I would have preferred the website was accurate with your stock so I could have just shopped elsewhere. Overall an absurd price and a lack of stock will urge me to seek alternate routes online in the future. I could just get stuff shipped from Costa in FL and probably save 50%.

Unfortunately we did not have any Monstera plants at that very moment but those are plants we have in stock most of the time.     I've ordered several arrangements from Riverside over the past year or so, and they've all been beautiful, and they've all arrived on time. The one negative I have is that when ordered online, the note that comes with the flowers is a kind of folded-up, haphazard-looking piece of printer paper, whereas when purchased in-person, you get a nice piece of card stock with a handwritten note that looks much better.

    Hi Lisa, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your arrangement did not have the 4 red spray roses that it called for. We strive for customer satisfaction and do apologize for this. However, we do have a substation policy that is displayed when ordering that states we will do our best to fill the order as close as possible with substitutions if needed. The substitutions we use are always filled to value and as close as possible. Thanks again!

    HI, I had my son order me flowers for my birthday. They must have come when I wasn't home. I called them the next day 2-3 times and they never answered the phone. My husband continued to call them also - I had to leave for North Carolina and wouldn't be home. They never answered and I'm not going to be home for a week. Not sure what ever came of my flowers.

We attempted delivery on February 11th and no one was home so we called and tagged the door. We tried to redeliver on the 12th and still nobody was there and again on the 13th. Then we tried calling the sender and got no answer (& left a Message to call us and let us know).     Flowers were spectacular. We were away for the weekend and don't have an enclosed porch--the delivery person very resourcefully put them in a car in the driveway. They weathered Saturday's storms beautifully. Thanks very much, I was thrilled with my flowers.
