    Easy fast simple ordering and really good prices. The candy bouquet i ordered was suppose to come in a smile mug or bowl and it just came in a wick basket. I understand when supplies aren’t available, it’s substituted so i wasn’t all that unhappy. Will use them again!

    Thank you for letting us know... just looked at your order, see where we made the mistake.... the details of the order say 'Candy Gift Basket', and apparently we didn't look at the recipe to see it was a mug... so sorry for that, appreciate you using us again next time.     I live in Georgia, my daughter lives in Denver. I was looking for flowers to make her day, and after looking into three other florists I found ED Moore Florist and they had sunflowers, fresh. They were beautiful and they went out of their way to deliver them, as requested, right before she got home at 5pm. Thank you Ed Moore Florist.

    Thank you. I received two bouquets recently. One arrived at my room in Rose Medical Center on Feb. 23rd. It was so lovely and fragrant that the nurses would stop by to sniff it. The second was sent to my home on March 18th. It was OK.

    Had ordered a candy bouquet for a sick nephew. Ed Moore was recommended and the option looked great and cheery. I was so disappointed the arrangement was nothing like in the picture and missing the additional items ordered. My contact was courteous, promised to look into what happened and fulfilled my request for a refund of the extra items not delivered.

    Arrangement is beautiful and it arrived in the morning as requested. My only negative comment was that we requested some green be worked into the arrangement. Green leaves were included but no green flowers. Other than that, all was good.

    I am very happy with the goods and services I received from Ed Moore Florist. I made a special request to have my flowers delivered early in the day on 10/2/14 - earlier than they typically make deliveries. The individuals I spoke to on the phone were more than happy to accommodate my request and delivered the flowers (a gift for me girlfriend) within a half hour of my making a phone call. I would recommend Ed Florist to anyone who is looking for florists in the Denver area. I will be doing business with them again!

    Good ordering, delivery, and follow up process. Only regret is that the Valentine's Day bouquet that I purchased online (Floral Attraction) had red, pink, white, etc in the picture.     I'm currently serving in Afghanistan while my finace is at home working her butt off during her first year of teaching. I've ordered from other online florists in the past and the flowers arrived in a box upside down against the door...give me a break. Ed Moore Florist has been incredible. Hand delivered on time and great quality every time. Ed Moore is a company I know I can trust to be consistent. They even created an arrangement for me to send to my fiance on our one year anniversary. She was blown away when she received them. It's good to know there is a florist that I can hold to my high standards, knowing they will meet the challenge each time.     Bought flowers for my wife for our aniversary. The ordering process was straight forward and the delivery was made per special instructions for a certain window in the day. They even changed some items from what was shown in the picture on the website for no added cost. The only regret is the ordering process does not lend itself to offering any indication of the size of the arrangement. For the money we ended up with flowers that were less than 12" tall when much taller flowers were expected. Just wish the size was conveyed a little better on the website. Otherwise it was a positive experience overall.
