    The flowers were supposedly delivered, there was NO card saying who They were from as we had asked!!!

    Hi Ms. Simmons, the delivery was made with a card attached to Ms. Marcotte and your message, "Happy Birthday Love, Jim and Bonnie". I created the card myself. The delivery made by my husband. We created a second card with the same message and delivered it to the home. No answer at the door. I attempted to call and text you to explain. I am sorry I have not been able to contact you directly. We strive to provide the highest quality customer service and do appreciate your business.

    I saw your texts and calls, I can’t take a call right now. I appreciate that you are trying so hard to explain, but when I get a message stating that my aunt thought the flowers were from her daughter because there was no card, with the amount of money I spent, that didn’t make me very happy at all! No need to respond, the damage is done
