    Marilyn, I spoke with you after this occurred and was under the impression everything was okay. I offered to redeliver the flowers and apologized that during Mothers day we accidentally delivered your arrangement early. At that time you did not think it was necessary to send another arrangement. Unfortunately, due to shut downs across the US from the Corona virus our suppliers couldn't get certain flower varieties in and we had to make substitutions. The arrangement we sent was to value and I wish you would of mentioned this when we spoke weeks ago. I always guarantee our quality.

    Kelly A delivery notification should of been sent to you and is listed being sent on our end. I apologize I'm not sure why you didn't get. At the end of the day our driver confirms all online deliveries that were successfully received. We don't send pictures unless requested. On your next order please include you would like a photo and we can text it to your cell. We can not guarantee this option during the holidays due to the amount of orders going out.     Extremely stylish arrangement, very modern use of tonal colors, high and low components that have a vaguely ikebana-like feel. Equal to any high-end floral stylings I have seen in the bigger cities. Service was timely, cost was affordable and the website was terrifically easy to navigate!
