I had ordered a bouquet to say thank you for a family who invited me to my first ever Thanksgiving meal ( I am from the UK) from a large internet based florist. They told me at 4 pm on the day of delivery (Friday after the Holidays) that they would be unable to deliver for another four days! I contacted MGF and they delivered next day a perfect arrangement that helped me say thank you to a family for the generosity they showed on Thanksgiving.

    The email I received the next day indicated that the order had been delivered even though it was scheduled for delivery on Friday. It was unclear if this meant that the order had been delivered to the vendor in California or to the church for the funeral services. Either way the flowers were delivered to the recipient at the church.

    On my last day of work before retirement I received a gorgeous lush and full arrangement at my work from my daughters. They were annoyed that the colors did not match the online image but I was wowed! Beautiful flowers that made the day that much more special. Buying flowers online is iffy but these were fabulous.

    I made the order at 9pm on the website for delivery the next day before 3pm. They delivered by 1pm, which was great. However, the picture of the flowers delivered were nothing like the picture on the website (fewer and different colored blossoms, fewer different types of flowers, more greenery). They looked beautiful but nothing like the picture.

    My boyfriend sent me flowers, a balloon and a stuffed animal for my birthday. The flowers showed up in great condition, but there was a mix up and the balloon and stuffed animal were not delivered.     The arrangement was gorgeous! Such a wonderful combination! I especially like cut flowers arranged in a vase rather than foam. They seem to last a lot longer that way. I got my flowers on Friday, and Monday morning they look just as great as when they were delivered. I have received flowers from you before, and they were just as lovely as these.     Such a great experience! On Valentine's Day I suddenly think to send my mom some flowers.     I had picked a certain arragement because of the deep blue and yellow coloring. I received a phone call from you explaining that not all the flowers were available, nor the blue vase. I was disappointed and said I would call bak. I received another call from you that you had managed to find the vase and would try to get as much of the colors as possible in the arrangement. The caller was very helpful and I understood that it was Memorial Weekend and not everything was available. The receiver of the arrangement took pictures and enjoyed it. It did not have the effect that I was looking for but I know they did their best under the circumstances. Very pleasant and helpful staff, and if the flowers would have been available I would have ranked the experience as a "five". I will use your services again.
