    I am originally from Escanaba and wanted to have some flowers delivered to my mom for Mother's Day this year and wasn't sure what flower shops were in town. I used Google maps to find places in the area with good ratings and I am so glad I went with Pam's Petals. I got the best phone call Mother's Day from my mom who couldn't stop saying how beautiful they were. The delivery guy she said was extremely friendly and kind as well. Online ordering was easy & I received a notification when the flowers were delivered. I am very happy with the service and quality.

    Found Pam’s Petal’s on a web page search. Reviewed items on line offered by her shop. Found various options for flowers, keepsake memorials, candles & other unique items. Various price ranges offered. Called Pam’s shop & discussed items of interest to me & what I was looking for in my price range. Pam was very helpful with suggestions to me based on my interests. She went above & beyond to create a beautiful funeral memorial for the family. It was above & beyond my expectations & all in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend Pam’s Petal’s Floral Shop!

    After being let down by an international florist on the day my order was due to be delivered, I found pams petals after searching on the internet. I was able to order and have the flowers delivered to my elderly aunt on the same day! The flowers were beautiful and we were so grateful to have them in time for a special birthday. I would highly recommend.

    I paid almost $90 for a new baby bouquet and it was the smallest thing I had ever seen. I was shocked when the new mother sent me a picture of what I paid for. Absolutely horrible. Way over priced. Smallest bouquets around.

    First, I'd like to apologize for your disappointment. I have a picture of the arrangement posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages which was very well received. I see that the designer's choice arrangement you ordered was for a $65 arrangement which was actually filled to over an $80 value in a cobalt blue vase with 4 stems of white oriental lilies, 3 peach garden roses, 2 purple iris, 3 blue cushion mums and 4 purple veronica. I certainly wish I could post a picture of the arrangement on here... I am truly sorry you weren't happy, but it was a cute & suitable arrangement for a new baby.

    Online ordering was easy and nice. Delivery was perfect and the arrangement gorgeous. The vase and ribbon were also very nice. It looked like whoever put it together used thought and care. Unfortunately, I asked for some blue colors and not to include roses. There were several roses and no blues. :(

Unfortunately, by the time your order came in, we were completely out of anything that was blue - there are only a couple of flowers that come in blue:( and they went fast for Mother's Day. The 3 roses in the arrangement were an oversight for which we apologize. We were terribly busy and missed your special request.     The flowers were delivered a week early from my requested delivery date, but then a second bouquet was delivered on my grandma's actual birthday. We were very surprised that two arrangements were delivered, but she was so happy and they were beautiful.

    I ordered them for my 94 yr old mother. She loved them. My sister said they were beautiful. I have received and seen the work from this floral shop when my father passed away. Everything we received was amazing. That is why I ordered for my mom. Online, easy, priced like any other florist, and great work. I will always use Pam's Petals.
