Michael’s Heritage Florist is the ONLY florist I use in the Kansas City area. The customer service is top notch. The flowers are impeccable. I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality and care I’ve received shopping with Michael’s Heritage Florist.

My family, church, and friends have been coming to Michael's Heritage Florist for many years and the service we received has been A No. 1. The staff is always very kind, courteous, patient and knowledgeable as the help us choose and complete our order whether we call it in or come in. The flowers are so fresh and beautiful.
