    I have received very good service from Daniels and I highly recommend them. I really like the fact that they are local. They called me on my last order because there was a problem with the center not accepting flowers. Daniels worked it out and exchanged the bouquet for a nice green planter. I love that kind of personal service.

    I wish there was a way to upload a photo of our gorgeous arrangement sent by family for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The arrangement is adorable & interesting: brilliant sunflowers, lush fresh pale pink roses, dried lotus pods, accents include blue milk thistle, floral purple stalks & English Ivy, and a ‘tree bark’ lined Ball jar type vase give it a bright, cheerful, yet rustic feel. Someone from the shop called in advance and asked if I would be home for a delivery and then showed up 15 minutes later once I confirmed that I would be home.     In this day and age customer service has been assassinated and the quality of products has taken a nosedive like a pelican swooping into a body of water to get its meal. However, at Daniel's Florist customer service has resurrected and is alive and kicking and the quality of their flowers and other products are soaring high like an eagle. Though this review sounds like a commercial it is just me expressing my gratitude to meet such cool people who provide such beautiful flowers and wholesome merchandise.     I recently ordered flowers for a High School graduation ceremony. The flowers needed to match our school colors, maroon and gold. From a color printout of our school logo, Daniels Florist matched the colors exactly! An employee and the owner were very helpful and cordial. They were very accomodating when our graduation was delayed 5 days due to inclement weather! I was very impressed and pleased with both the arrangement and customer service.

    The only change I would make to Daniel's Florist is establishing some sort of vase return credit or deposit program similar to soda can recycling programs in the north east USA. Since I order flowers often, I end up returning a lot of vases for the florist to re-use. It would be nice to get a deposit credit for returning the vases since I'm saving the florist money and they get to use the same vase multiple times but only have to pay for it once.

    Star lilies should be used in moderation due to their strong scent. They are beautiful but one (maybe two) are the maximum that should be used. Beautiful arrangement and good quality flowers. Loved it!

    My daughter and family in Mountain View, CA sent the flowers for my birthday. They are lovely and I continue to enjoy them. What was so nice was the telephone call Saturday morning about delivery. With the heat she wanted to know when I would be home. Since I had appointments we agreed that the flowers could be placed on the back porch under the awning and a shady place in the back yard. When I returned home later in the afternoon, there was the arrangement! Thank you for such attention.
