    I selected an arrangement to memorialize my parents and amazingly received a call from the arranger because he recalled that star gazers were an important element (because they were a particular favorite of my mother) and he didn't have any, but suggested an alternative that resembles the star gazers.     I'm sorry for your disappointment. We delivered this to the funeral home the day before as requested, then they transported it to the graveside. We normally take them directly to where the service is held. We use a variety of mixed flowers in our funeral baskets from snapdragons, stock, Fuji mums, carnations and other flowers depending on the price. Again I'm sorry to her of your dissatisfaction.

    What was delivered was nothing like what arrived. I ordered a what I think was called deluxe for my mother and it was a small ‘dinky’ pot. Not cool and not appreciated.

    The roses are beautiful! I've thanked my son and his family for the lovely Valentine gift, but I also want to thank the man who delivered it.     Nashanda, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. Yes, your agency has been a long standing customer. The dish garden you purchased was in a 10" diameter ceramic container with 5 4" plants & cut flowers. This is the same size container we have sold for the same price for about 5 to 6 years. Even with the price increases from the grower, we have not passed these on to the consumer. This is one of our better selling dish gardens. I hope you will give us another chance.     Thank you for your comments. We do wear masks when customers are in the store. Our designers are separated while working & are in a different room from the showroom. We have hand sanitizers available for both customers & employees. I have delivered to several offices that the receptionist will put the mask on when we walk in the office with our masks on. I'm not sure that is different than what we are doing.

    While the service was great and the flowers were delivered in a timely manner, I wasn't overly impressed with the flowers. I emphasized that my girlfriends favorite flower was the stargazer lily and there was only one bloomed in the arrangement due to a big arrangement ordered by someone else for a funeral. I tried to cancel the order but was told they would make it happen. Did not look like what I ordered in the picture.

    the service provided was horrendous. My flowers were supposed to arrive on the 13th and I got them on the 14th and they weren’t the ones that were ordered. The bouquet I received was almost nothing but filler flowers. The customer service was the worst of all time. The woman who delivered them was polite and is the only reason I’m even awarding a star in this review

    I saw the arrangement at the mausoleum two days after delivery and we thought it was quite beautiful. I noticed the there were some large white lilies augmenting the stargazers; the stargazers are a critical component and one reason we choose this arrangement, but we thought it was still fine.

After placing your first item in the shopping cart and filling out the delivery information, choose the second item and add that into the cart.     Today I received a set of flowers as a gift from my significant other. The arrangement is beautiful, quick same day delivery, and excellent service. However, upon arrival one of the lilies were broken and the pine needles have a smoke odor, the driver smelled heavily of smoke.

    I came to the site to order memorial flowers for my parents and was pleased to see that one of the offerings featured stargazer lilies, which my mother loved, and white roses, her sorority flower (technically, it was a cream rose, but close enough!). Consequently I didn't have to make any special requests to get what I wanted, sometimes a problem with other florists I've used.
