During this time of uncertainty surrounding the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know that the health and safety of our valued customers and staff is our top priority. 

Like all businesses and retailers, we are monitoring the ongoing developments related to COVID-19 both locally and nationally and taking precautionary steps, recommended by the CDC, state and local agencies to keep our staff informed and ensure your shopping experience is safe and pleasant. 

We have stepped up our cleaning and disinfectant procedures, giving extra focus to public area, including frequent cleaning of counters, consultation area, credit card keypads and other surfaces regularly handled by customers. Additionally, we advise employees who feel ill to remain home and are providing gloves for our staff. Buying additional disinfectants and cleaning products, encouraging the routine use of hand soap and sanitizer, reminding our staff to closely monito their health and asking them to stay home if they or someone in their household is sick.

DELIVERY

• We will happily deliver products with no person-to-person contact if you desire. During this time we will leave flowers at your door or other designated areas. We may call or ring the bell to alert you to their arrival, but we will not have any contact with you during delivery.

• For paid pick-up orders, if you would rather not come into the store for your flowers you can request curb-side pick-up and we will bring the flowers out to your car. Simple call us when you are out front of the shop at your designated pick up time and we will bring them right out wrapped and ready to go.

We know that caring for yourself and your loved ones are your most important concerns right now. We care about our staff, families, and our customers too and know that in this time of social distancing it’s what we do to stay connected that heals our spirit and keeps us healthy!
