Redlands Florist - Above the Stem

Beautiful arrangement, fast and friendly,
you must use them hands down

Ordered this for a friend and she loved them. She said the presentation and style was superior, that each flower was in perfect condition and perfectly open. The customer service was also incredible!

Eileen was nice and helpful in making changes. Good job!

I think the flowers are beautiful, but there’s a space in the front that looks funny. It looks like it might have needed something else put in it . Thanks for the prompt delivery

Appreciate the delivery. The team at Above The Stem always put a smile on my mothers face. I wasn’t able to come to town for a birthday celebration and opted to have flowers delivered. As soon as the bouquet was dropped off, my mother was beaming about the delivery lady parcing out hugs and flowers.

My wife received her flowers for her birthday and was so happy.

Above the Stem never disappoints! Flowers were beautiful and always delivered on time.

I have used this florist on a few occasions due to their beautiful and unique arrangements, and I must say I am very disappointed this time around. The photo sent to me by the florist and the arrangement that was delivered did not look the same (I wish I could post the comparisons) It did not look like an $80 arrangement, and I’m embarrassed on what was delivered. The flowers used were low quality and inexpensive flowers with mostly filler. Honestly I could have went to Trader Joe’s and would have more beautiful quality flowers for less than half the price of what was paid not including the local delivery fee. Very disappointed, needless to say I will have to find a new florist :(

I would like to update my previous review. I spoke with the owner, he was very apologetic and professional. He made it right and they created a new beautiful arrangement that represents the beauty & uniqueness of why I use this florist. Thank you for reaching out and making it right Mr. MK

I was fortunate enough to find this flower shop in 2021 and I literally use them at least once a month. The attention to detail and craftsmanship to their designs is second to none. I highly suggest them to anyone who needs anything from a single rose to a full wedding arrangement.

Since I have relatives in Redlands, Above the Stem is my preferred flower shop when sending flowers in the Redlands area. I have used it twice and have not been disappointed in the arrangements.
Yesterday, I ordered an arrangement around noontime and it was delivered around 3:00 pm to Redlands Community Hospital. WOW! Not only were the flowers beautiful, I was very impressed with their quick delivery. I will definitely use them again.
