When will we speak with our designer?
Allow 24 hours to review your request and we will contact you via text or email
What happens after I get my quote?
You will have 2 week to review, a contract will be provided and your deposit to confirm services
What do we do with rental items?
They are to be dropped off the following day, however provision for pickup is available at cost
What is the delivery charge and what is included?
It depends on what is being delivered. If setup is involved prior provisions are made accordingly
Can we see live samples of different flowers?
There is normally a cost for a fresh/live mock setup. If there is a way to provide a mock in silk at no cost..also it depends on how elaborate the setup is
For whom in my wedding party should I provide flowers?
Bridal party participants, mothers, special aunts, father or escorts
What if the flowers I want aren't in season?
If we can substitute and still accomplish the look, however it there is an additional cost we will far advance inform our client
Is there a minimum order?
Normally we do not but, we have listed our base Klassy Signature flower package.
On which Lapel is the boutonniere worn?
Traditionally on the left side.
