The business "thank you bouquet" we sent to our trade partner was beautiful and Almira, the owner of the Floral Loft went out of her way to make sure it was delivered, even with the rush of Valentine's Day orders. Elmira responded almost immediately to my custom anniversary bouquet request, which was littered with color palettes preferences, content suggestions, and form factor ideas to wow my horse training, unicorn-loving gal pal. She interpreted my relatively poorly articulated mental vision and within 10 minutes she’d photographed a number of centerpiece & vessel suggestions. After a bunch more of my jumbled input and a last minute request for an added element, by the end of the night she’d photographed and shared the completed embodiment of my vision and one of the coolest custom floral arrangements I have ever laid eyes on. The colors, physical use of space, and support for numerous cumbersome elements were balanced perfectly on a beautifully adorned tray to bring my vision to life. This process was an absolute blast and I cannot wait to “challenge” her with some other whimsical impractical floral idea again in the future to once again watch her crush it. So much fun. Thanks to E @ the loft!!!!

Floral Loft’s customer service is a 10! Excellent service! The arrangement I ordered online was not available (due to out of season flowers) The lovely lady that called me right away was very kind and professional. She even found a more beautiful arrangement first thing the next morning (8:00am) in white. Sent me pics asking me if it would do. Flowers were delivered by noon that same day!! Fast friendly delivery too! I will be using Floral Loft again. Thank you
