On Mother's Day St. Pete Florist dropped off an arrangement for my wife from her adult son and daughter. We were not home at the time. The some of the flowers wilted. We called the store and they came out and picked up the arrangement and refunded the cost. The next day the owner showed up to our house with a new arrangement of flowers at no cost. I called the owner this morning and thanked him. What customer service, a owner so proud of his business that he drove out of his way to make things right. St. Pete Florist will be our go to florist. Thank you.

The flowers were fresh and my recipient was very pleased. Also, my order was delivered in excellent time! It did differ slightly from the online photo. Could have been more of the purple and the river rocks were missing from the bottom of the vase. I know that may sound petty, but when you’re spending $85, that can be worth mentioning? I ordered the European Spring Bouquet. Pleased overall. Maybe would order over the phone next time. I live in Minnesota, so it seemed like the easiest option for someone living in Florida.
