I have used Pathelen for several years. Lori helps and gives you ideas no matter what the occasion. Her and staff have excellent customer service. Lori's work and touch of class are awesome. Would reommend her florist to anyone.

Those of you who may know me will not be surprised with my praises of Pathelen Flower and Gift Shop in Shelbyville. Lori and her staff have in the past and continue to go above and beyond what is expected of them in order to make sure that every item the sell or produce is absolutely top notch. I was not able to locate it at the funeral home; therefore, I was unable to view the final product. Although, it was a very convenient website when ordering on-line, purchase and checkout was very user friendly, and the emails were very helpful in confirming the purchase was made and delivered.
