    This flower shop has first class as part of its name for a reason they have the best staff the best flowers and the best prices. They deliver all over the city especially the North West for me and I wouldn’t use any other flower store. I have been using them since 2019 when I found their website and haven’t used anyone else since. Hands down best customer service.

    Great service and flowers. I order from here often. But the resent purchase, attention was not paid to payment details. I ordered two separate orders of flowers to be delivered to separate people and wanted to use different payment methods. But they were all charged to the same card. I didn't call to complain becuase it often is more hassle to reverse these kinds of errors, but it was not what I had requested to happen.

    My mum told me the flowers were beautiful and really lasted a long time. She was very pleased with them. The only negative comment I have is that I had specifically asked for delivery after 1pm and they were delivered around 11am. But other than that everything was fine and I will definitely order from you again in the future.

    Just wanted to say how wonderful FCF is. We have used them for years. Our son got me a an arrangement for Mother's Day. There was a small issue with them. They immediately offered to send me another one. I did try to decline, but they insisted. (I just wanted them to know.) Dear Ingrid and Wendy- Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Wow- what great service. I will be making a donation to the food bank in their name. Haven't seen this quality of service and pride in a long, long time. Thank you!     Ordered an arrangement on-line for delivery, however I received a phone call promptly informing me the shipment and my selection was delayed, but they could substitute with one of their own custom arrangements.     I was disappointed with the arrangement. It was not good value. I thought that for $115 it would be a reasonably pretty arrangement. It looked like a $60 arrangement at best. Previously ordered arrangements were much better value and more beautiful. I suspect there was a shortage of stock that created my disappointment! Not sure I will reuse First Class Flowers.

    Beautiful bouquet, however you wrote my phone number wrong (which I typed correctly online) to your delivery company and because of that wasn't able to deliver on time, the flowers ended up arriving only a day later which defeats the purpose of sending flowers for a birthday. If you can't deliver flowers correctly, just don't be in this business

    The online order process was very easy. It included 3 price points for the same arrangement. My friend received her flowers in the morning of the requested delivery date. The flowers were very fresh; I saw them 10 days afterwards and they were still beautiful.

    The flowers are beautiful BUT they were left at a neighbor at around 10am. I was in the shower and did not hear the doorbell. No notification whatsoever was left to advise me of this. I only knew I had flowers when my son called in the evening to find out if I received the flowers.

Just spoke with our courier service... your neighbours happened to be outside when she was trying to deliver and offered to take them in and bring them to you later. I am so sorry you didn't appreciate the phone call ahead of time, but unfortunately with covid we are unable to neighbor the flowers anymore and our couriers will not attempt to deliver with out knowing if someone is home. So we have been advised to call the day before to verify that there would be someone to accept the flowers. It is not what we "normally" do, but our new normal is now different also.

    It was June, I was looking to purchase a bouquet to give as congrats on purchasing a home. We had been dating 3 weeks, but unfortunately for me she had unfinished business and called it off. My only complaint was that the box the flowers were delivered in was soaked and I did not realize it until after I picked up the box by the handles and the vase came crashing down, shattering into a million pieces and me having to find another emergency vase

    I am so sorry you are disappointed. The site states that if we don't have the flowers in the photo that substitutions will be made. I know you're unhappy with the color scheme and wish we'd have known you didn't want red. There was no where on the order that said otherwise. The arrangement was the same colors as the picture and even with the substitutions..reflected the design fully. We talked about what we could do to make you happy and you seemed satisfied with letting us know your frustration and that even though you disliked it, your friend loved it. Sorry you are still unhappy.

    Some call-in staff are better than others and an important first contact and make an impression. I usually get what I want but sometimes it’s several phone calls back to me due to missed details ie didn’t get cc correct etc. I love the product in the end.

    Flowers were beautiful but the card was missing so the recipient had no idea what they were for. I had specified my message but with no name for anonymity, and instead my coworker didn't even know what the flowers were for, so I ended up having to disclose to her that they were from me and why I had sent them.     It would be nice that when offering 3 different price choices, you provide information as what you get for the differences. My husband ordered the middle price of 6 pink roses & greens. I got 6 pink roses & greens but what exactly did he pay more for? Obviously not 1 or 2 extra roses. Transparantsy is always better & encourages return shoppers.

    The flowers were delivered in time, and the arrangement was gorgeous! The exact same colours as shown in the picture. However, the main reason why I picked this one is because it had tulips in the picture, the receiver's favourite flower, and when the arrangement arrived it had all the other flowers but tulips. Still beautiful though, but I felt a bit dissapointed.

    A phone call could have confirmed that the friends were not at home when the arrangement was delivered and did not return for several days. Not your fault I know, and when I spoke to the manager she was very gracious about it and sent out another arrangement for which I thank her wholeheartedly as it was a 50th Ann.     I ordered the arrangement with the price point that was advertised and pictured on the website. I was disappointed to see that the orchid and two roses were replaced with two gerber daisies instead. Not only did I lose a flower but had cheaper flowers in their place. I expect that what I pay for the arrangement as seen in the photo that's what I will get. I only kept a 3 rating because despite the flowers being switched out it was still a beautiful arrangement.

    Hi Angie, I am so sorry you are disappointed that we used gerbera daisy's instead of orchids, however... there was no orchids in the arrangement you chose. What is displayed, is called leucodendron and we had sold out, hence we used gerbera. unfortunately because the order was placed feb 16th , we were closed on the 15th. and had sold out of roses on valentines day. Our next shipment did not arrive until the 17th. so we did our best with all fresh product to reproduce the picture to value with what was available. Again I am so sorry. Wendi

    I had a pleasant experience with first class, the delivery was made within the time that I had requested and the flowers were very nice. My only disappointment was that the flowers did not last very long. My girlfriend said they died in just over a week. I understand that these were somewhat exotic flowers, but they should have maybe lasted a little longer. Other than that I thought everything was good.
