    4.5 stars, service and communication were great, flowers were beautiful, my only issue was that I wish the flowers would've arrived within business hours to better go along with surprising my wife before I came home from work.     Found your order and here is what we do know. Order was accepted with disclaimer to you advising same day delivery was not guaranteed because of the time the order was placed. Several delivery attempts were made to location. On first attempt loose dogs were in the area and no one from inside came out. Driver did not exit vehicle for safety reasons. 2nd attempt, the driver was approached by several dogs before exiting vehicle. A lady finally came from the house to the car and accepted flowers. Apologies no contact was made sooner, we did attempt timely delivery.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered 1/2 but they were not delivered until several days later. I received an excuse about flowers for arrangements not available. And that the order would be taken care of the next day but still no flowers delivered until 1/8.

    The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day they were supposed to be delivered. I called 2 days later and was told that they tried to deliver, but no one was at the place of business. I did not tell Flowers by Monica it was a place a business, so I could see how that was possible; however, the company was open late that day and there was not a delivery. Why were they not delivered the next day, or why didn't I get a phone call? They were only delivered after I called 2 days later. In the end, they were delivered and my friend did like them.

    My arrangement was beautiful however the flowers were not fresh. The pink roses had already started to have browning on the petals. Overall all flowers looked to be old.

The flowers were beautiful, they far exceeded my expectations and the pot plant was almost 5 foot tall, very full and in excellent health. Monica emailed my receipt and a picture of the easel spray and the potted plant before they were delivered for my approval. I will certainly use her again and recommend her shop.
