    Snow changed plans for my fiances surprise. He was bummed and sent me a text with the info after I ended up not reporting to work because I got the day at home after snow. I called the flower shop, the staff was super helpful and allowed me to change delivery address after explaining the situation. The flowers were gorgeous and are still going strong 5 days later. Can't wait to keep enjoying them as long as I can. Beautiful presentation and they smell absolutely amazing.

    We regret that the floral design did not meet your expectations. The flowers were fresh as we receive a shipment every Monday and sell out by Saturday. Unfortunately, lilies have not been coming in looking to great. Arrangements in floral foam do not last like flowers in water. My apologies.

She probably would have been even more excited if the purple flowers and the ferns were added as shown in photo online which were missing from the delivery she received.     I ordered roses to be delivered to my wife on February 13. I wanted them delivered then because she would be traveling on the 14th. I received a confirmation that my online order was delivered. This was not true! The roses were not delivered on 2/13. The next morning I called the shop over and over again until somebody answered. The roses were finally delivered. It was very stressful for me. At this point, I do not believe I can recommend Amanda's.

    The website was easy to negotiate and service was prompt and I appreciated those factors. However, when my daughter sent me a picture of the flowers the afternoon of the delivery, I was disappointed. They did not fill the little square vase and were limp already. Since I got the 'middle' range arrangement, I expected a better presentation. Nevertheless, my daughter was thrilled to receive them so I guess the purpose was served.

    We ordered two arrangements for friends to be delivered on 12/23. Our friends were very happy with the flowers, but they were delivered on 12/21. This was a problem because for one of the arrangements because our friends hadn't gotten to Santa Fe yet. Luckily the weather kept the flowers fresh.
