    It's very hard to find great personal customer service anywhere! I was greatly impressed and surprise at the care that they took at getting my flowers delivered in a timely matter despite a terrible ice storm coming. Simply Blessed Flowers went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate me. They have raised my standards on what I should expect from any business. We need to stop settling for mediocre.

    I received flowers for Valentine's Day and for my anniversary. The flowers that I received in November were beautiful and neatly arranged (I rate them a 5). Honestly, the most beautiful flower arrangement I had ever received. This year's Valentine's bouquet has not bloomed and the roses are already dying. I recognize that Valentine's day is a busy day, but the price of the arrangement should be representative in the quality of flowers.

    The flowers were beautiful and arrived at the proper location on time. The only thing I noticed was that in the picture the urn is gold and the one that was delivered was white. I think the gold would have been prettier. Thank you so much!

I bought it for my aunt for her birthday and left the arrangement up to them only request was purple roses and it look sophisticated and special since that what my aunt is to me.     It was a beautiful arrangement, but the flowers I ordered were Sunflowers and what arrived were daisies. I understand that sometimes flowers are not available, but those hardly seem comparable to me. I ordered the sunflowers because they last so long. I was not happy with the substitution although the end result was lovely arrangement.

    I ordered online late on Sunday night flowers to be delivered next day by noon. They were received by 10 am. Amazing service since Simply Blessed opened at 9 am. My daughter is a kindergarten teacher and we as parents have sent her many flowers over the years. She said the ones she received were the most beautiful and originally arranged she has ever gotten.     I was extremely impressed that I received a phone call from Simply Blessed advising that they did not want to send out the plant I ordered because they did not like how it looked. I was given the choice of them sending out a different plant or waiting until they received more Chinese Evergreens the following week hoping that the plants would be fuller and healthier looking. They also indicated that since this was a gift for a new baby girl they would make it look pretty in pink. I rec'd an email the following week indicating the plant was delivered.     The arrangement is very lovely! I didn't see it in person, but was sent a photo of it. I and my cousin in Frisco were very impressed by the customer service. The arrangement was ordered for my aunt, who turned 97 years old the day it was delivered. I phoned Simply Blessed Flowers in the late morning to see if the arrangement had been delivered and was told that a delivery was attempted, but that no one was home at the time. The person I spoke to said that they would make another attempt later in the day and would also leave a phone message at my aunt's/cousin's house asking that someone phone Simply Blessed when they arrived back home. My cousin told me that the arrangement was delivered within 10 minutes after she phoned to say that someone was home to receive it. My cousin told me she was so impressed by this business that she intends to order from them herself in the future. Whoever it was I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more pleasant and eager to please. I highly recommend Simply Blessed Flowers and Gifts!

    I wanted to get my girl white roses for Thanksgiving. I called every where and no one had them. I called SBF&G and Billie answered the phone. Not only did she have them, but she helped me decide on how they were suppose to look. I told her that I would leave her in charge of that. That turned out to be the best decision I ever made. She also helped me plan on how and when to pick them up and she even gave me a few secret tips on how to make sure they look beautiful for our big day. My girl was so excited and she absolutely loved them! Every one at our Thanksgiving party complimented on how amazing they looked. I am so happy that from now on SBF&G is the only place I am going to be buying flowers from. Thank you soooo much!

    I have found my new florist. I ordered an arrangement for a friend of mine and she called to tell me they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever recieved. She showed it to me when I went over to visit and it was so much bigger and fuller than what I expected. The woman that helped me on the phone when I ordered was so sweet and helpful and it felt like I was talking to a friend that understood just what I wanted in the arrangment. I found out by talking to her that it was owned by her and her family and I am just so happy I found them. I will recommend Simply Blessed to everyone for any floral needs they have from now on.     Amazing! My order was filled by another florist(NOT SO GREAT) because they did not deliver to the zipcode. I call Billye and she personaly made a beautiful arangement and went out of there normal delivery to deliver the same day!!!     Flowers were wonderful, everyone enjoyed them but not as much as my wife!!! I called and spoke with a sales person who was very helpful, and told me the delivery fee was not needed. They added some extra flowers I belive, becuase the size was larger than I ordered. Will use them again. Nice use of flowers and greenery.

    Flowers were lovely. Too much of the old fashioned greenery. New arrangements have different and less. Good use of the purples and pinks, but different levels would have been more eye popping. However, flowers were fresh, well put together and eye catching. I liked it.

    I was very pleased with the service at Simply Blessed. I ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered to my wife's school in Frisco for Valentine's Day. Due to the inclement weather and snow storms we were planned to have, Simply Blessed took it upon themselves to deliver a day early to ensure that my wife received the flowers. They even provided a small box of chocolates in appreciation of our business and flexibility. I will definitely be using Simply Blessed again in the future!
