    We planned my mother's funeral on Friday afternoon. By the time we visited flower shops, fresh flowers were in short supply. Darcy at Carthage Flower Shop went above and beyond by purchasing flowers at a big box store so we would have a spray for mom's casket on Sunday. The spray was beautiful and the colors were perfect. If we need flowers in the future, Carthage Flower Shop will be the only florist we patronize.

    Carthage Flower shop has the BEST customer service. I contacted them at the last minute for funeral flowers, when another order from an online florist wasn’t delivered as promised. The florist was so very gracious (in the face of my extremely stupid mistake of online ordering), and promised that the flowers would be delivered in time for the funeral (in only 2 hours). She even sent me a picture of the final product before delivery. They were beautiful! I highly recommend Carthage Flower Shop for anyone looking for flowers in the Carthage, TX area.

    Wonderful service! I definitely recommend using this floral shop for a local order. The basket I ordered was described in full detail that I could envision it as if I was in the store selecting the flowers myself. Fake florists such as Proflowers, 1-800-Flowers, FTD not only steal the business away from the local, hard-working, caring, and extremely talented local owners like Carthage Flower Shop, but the quality and compassion doesn't exist like Carthage. I think its wonderful that a floral company such as Carthage has been open for 3 generations- that says a lot in itself.

    I don't see a legend above to see what the scale of 1 to 5 means. I'm assuming that the star above the "1" means the best rating. Regardless, the intention is the give the highest satisfaction rating possible. Even when the box of chocolates was not delivered with the order, I called and Carthage Flowers got it delivered immediately.

    I REALLY wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me...she deserves a raise! After HORRIBLE experiences with 1-800-FLOWERS & Pro-Flowers, I decided to call a local shop. I'm a pill and not super easy to please (perfectionist). BUT...every interaction was pleasant; I never felt like a burden or sensed any attitude. She even texted me a picture before the flowers went out. I asked for some changes (which she graciously made), resent me a pic, and for the first time EVER, I had a great experience with a flower shop and got EXACTLY what I wanted :). Thank you CFS!
