    Unfortunately, the flowers needs for the bouquet I had requested were not available. However, the substitution bouquet was very nice as well. That's the only reason for a rating of 4 versus 5. Thanks for your service.

    Thank you for taking the time to review our services/product. We do our best to make your order exactly as requested~ but, as you mentioned on occasion we have to substitute other flowers. When that happens, we do our best to add value to the original order by adding more flowers or more expensive flowers If you should ever be disappointed in one of our products...please give us a call so we can make it right.

    Easy to order online. I was able to have our gift delivered on the same day I called although I couldn't set the date online. It was delivered promptly. We got to see the beautiful flower arrangement a few days later. Our Mom/Grandma was so happy!
