    Dan Williamson  3 weeks ago I needed a last minute flowers arrangement delivered to a guest of a hotel in Lexington, KY. I called several florists with no success and then called the hotel for their recommendation. They suggested Imperial. My call was received with professionalism and helpfulness. I explained my need and she had the perfect solution and was happy to get the delivery to the hotel on time with just a few hours notice. Best thing, the delivery was a normal not rushed fee. The whole transaction took less than 5 minutes on the phone and I was completely impressed.

    I called from Canada to have some flowers delivered for my Mother-in-Law who moved recently to Lexington. The over-the-phone service was quick and professional. They put together a custom bouquet that was fantastic. It used all the flowers I asked for and more, and was just beautiful. Great customer service, an email confirmation and a reasonable delivery charge. I guess we've found a new florist for our family! (The website really doesn't do it justice! I'd love to see some better photos and descriptions - but hopefully that will be in the future).

    I was sent to Imperial Flowers by my local flower company.I chose to call them myself to see what I could have delivered to my sister-in-law who just gave birth.Being two states away, I was a little apprehensive. From the first minute of conversation, the lady was very helpful. She described items to me and went above and beyond in helping decide what would be the perfect gift.     I've been a customer of Imperial Flowers since moving to Lexington in 2003. The staff knows me by name, and they are always friendly and helpful. I love their new website, and for Valentine's Day, they have a great selection of "add-ons" on the check-out page. After I have selected my flowers and gone to the check-out, I can easily add chocolates, a stuffed animal and balloons to my order, along with a card! It's great. I love how easy they make it to complete my Valentine's Day order. Then, they deliver it. I've always been pleased with their service.
