    Janet saved the day, literally! My son's birthday fell on Labor Day and the gifts I shipped to him were stolen from his apartment building's front porch. I started calling all of the florists in Manchester but everyone was closed for the holiday. Then Janet answered her phone! She graciously offered to go to her store and select some unique plants for my son. She took time to ask about his decor and style as well as natural light and exposure. Within the hour she personally delivered an olive tree and heart vine. My son was very happy. Janet helped make my son' birthday special. She's my hero!

    Extremely disappointed in the arrangement I ordered. It was so bare compared to how full the picture was, and I even opted for the extra charge to make it more deluxe. When spending over $100 for an arrangement, people shouldn’t think it was a $25 grocery store bouquet. Should have looked more at the reviews beforehand. There are many florist in Manchester, but this is NOT the one to go to.
