The attempt to collect $100 for no product. Learn some customer service and respect. A miserable failure all around and insulting to top it off.     Carol did a amazing job putting together a flower arrangement for me to carry home to my wife. I just gave her a idea and she went right to work. I was amazed with the finish product and it did exactly what I wanted it to do. Put a smile on my wife face.     Husband order on-line and first arrangement was not what he expected. Florist called and asked if flowers had been delivered and I explained that we had received them but were disappointed. She was very apologetic as she is located some miles from us and had gotten someone to bring them and there had been some mix-up in delivery making flowers wilt, etc. She immediately sent a new arrangement to me and they are lovely. Guy delivering was very apologetic also and gave suggestions on keeping flowers fresh for awhile. Very pleasant to work with.
