    My daughter and I each received flowers for Mother’s Day from my son, who ordered them by phone from Pat, who clearly takes great pride in her work and is very customer-focused. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, very full of high quality flowers, and creatively arranged in such a lovely way. We both loved the arrangements and think that Pat and her team did an amazing job, that was truly a cut above, and we are looking forward to using the House of Blooms as our go-to florist for all our floral needs.

I appreciated the fact that you sent a picture of what you were delivering because I sent it to the president so he would know what to look for - he approved and seemed very pleased.     I had posted my comments on December 20 particularly mentioning the confusing rates that the two sites have, hence I gave 2 stars. However, the products on both occasions were excellent. In fact the many of the flowers that were received on December 22 are still good as of today i.e. January 9, 2017. I will suggest to the owners of the store to correct pricing on their web site. I will strongly recommend their flowers for any event. Fresh and pretty flowers delivered on time. To me they are four stars

    IT was a great service to get a picture of the arrangement. The picture did not look like the one online so I called and spoke to the florist. She explained that in the picture the flowers are arranged to show on one side, but in her arrangement, since I selected a cube container, the flowers were all arranged all around so it looked much smaller. My only complaint is that I wish the picture was an actual representation of the arrangement.

    I sent these flowers to my mother-in-law for her birthday and they were PERFECT - fresh and full! She was out of the office and didn't get to see them until 2 days after they were delivered, but said they looked brand new. However, was slightly disappointed that vase was different; recipient didn't know the difference, but I prefer the one shown on web site.
