    A long story short….order from Flower Patch and you will not be sorry. The get well arrangement I ordered was beautiful and the customer service above and beyond my expectations. The owner and her staff went out of their way to make delivery of a last minute order. I will definitely utilize them for future orders.

    When I ordered online, I received a call rather quickly to advise that specific flowers in the arrangement that I purchased were NOT up to the quality of product that they deliver. Upon speaking with the flower designer I knew she would design an arrangement that would be perfect and it was just that indeed. a million Thanks for expedited service. I would highly recommend this florist if you are looking for any floral needs. This is the highest of ratings as my daughter does wedding flowers so the bar is pretty high on my end. Many Thanks.

    I ordered a premier arrangement for a funeral. I requested mostly white flowers with a blue bow. Those instructions were followed and blue tips were added to the white roses as well. The arrangement was very nicely designed and full.

    What a wonderful place!! I was making a last minute order for Christmas to a person in an Assisted Living.     The owner was very nice and very helpful. The person I sent the flowers to said they were gorgeous. The only thing was that I wasn’t aware of a service charge. I was aware of the delivery charge but when I got the invoice there was also a service charge that I’m not sure what that was for?

    The fee that is added on is Flower Shop Network fee for processing the order. I don't receive that money they keep that. It's a very minimal fee compared to all the other wire services that charge some over twenty dollars per order.

    Exceptional service, even calling to notiify me that the wholesaler/supplier was not in time to make the delivery on the schedled date. Offered to add extra flowers to the basket at no cost. Great business ethic. When my mother received the flowers she said they were the "brightest" colors of flowers she had ever seen and said she would use them anytime she needed to send flowers! I will defiitely use this company again.

    Manager was very helpful. She was professional, prompt, pleasant, personable..........perfect! The recipient of the plant was so pleased. She was an elderly lady who had had two pacemakers put in during the prior week. One did not work and she had to have another put in....with only a small bit of pain medication. She could not have anesthesia. So the plant was much appreciated, very pretty. It was a plant with a lovely angel in it. Thanks so much to the manager and to the shop. A great establishment. I will use this shop's service again. Thank you.

    I was traveling threw Western Md. and stopped at Rock Gap . A young woman was sitting flowers on tables for a wedding .So I peaked in . They were beautiful ! So I asked her ,where they came from and she said Flower Patch . I got one of her cards and now I'm buying only from her for my friends & family . I travel to Cumberland often to visit friends their . Beautiful work is all I can say . The owner was sitting up everything herself , real dedication . Next time I'm in town I'll stop at her shop to buy & say hello .
