    Personal service. There is apparently a big festival around my daughter's birthday and the florist shops are busy. The owner called me in Illinois to let me know that she didn't have all the flowers that where pictured in my online selection. She discussed what they did have and assured me it would be just as pretty. It was and she made it the last delivery of the day so it would not be left at the door before my daughter was home from work. Exceptional servi ce in this day and age. Thank you.

    Love Bells and Bows Florist!! I've sent two flower arrangements with them and have not been disappointed. They actually called me in Florida to discuss the first order to make sure I was okay with some flower substitutions and let me know which stuffed animals would be delivered.
