    They were wonderful. Unfortunately the Hospital did not deliver the package to the patient. Someone at the front desk took it. So always check to see that the package is received. The Hospital did replace this but it was not the same.....

The item I ordered was not available but I was called immediately and the substitute that was sent was an even nicer arrangement full of rose and still in yellow and fall colors.     I ordered flowers for my mom- I live in New Mexico and she lives in Dothan. I was a little nervous as to how the arrangement would turn out and if they would even be delivered on time. As soon as she got them, she sent pictures; I was blown away at how beautiful, fresh and vibrant her flowers were!     Super friendly on the phone, clearly communicated that they may not have the vase for the chosen floral arrangement. The arrangement my daughter received did not look like the picture but exceeded expectation in stems chosen for the arrangement but deviated from the color theme of orange, purple & yellow.     Abby Oates was great. They prepared a beautiful floral cross for my dad's funeral. I ordered from out of town and they texted a photo of the arraignment to me so I could see it before they delivered it. The flowers were fresh and were still presentable at the graveside 2 weeks after the funeral. Wonderful service, great people. Thank you for making it so easy during a trying time.
