I ordered them an hour before they closed, and since it was his birthday, Mrs.Kathleen was so sweet and went above and beyond to deliver these flowers to him. This is wonderful customer service and made my whole day, because it would have been Saturday before they would have been delivered.     Wonderful customer service! I was late placing an order on Friday for my grandpa's birthday.     I ordered two dozens roses, 12 red / 12 white. I was told there were only white roses in my order. As I arrived at home with the white roses, I was contacted to inform me that a mistake had been made. I had to return to the shop to pick up the red roses. The only thing that was less than ideal was when it showed up, almost all of the flowers were pink or white. Some of the flowers were different too, it just did not look much like the picture online.

    I was very pleased with the customer service of Flowers Unlimited. When I mentioned that I was sending a sympathy bouquet, the woman on the phone even offered to add some longer-lasting flowers, which was very sweet. I do wish flower shops would send pictures of the finished product since I am remote and didn't think it cool to ask the grieving family how the arrangement looked. It would just be nice to see what I paid for.

I placed an order online with From You Flowers on Tuesday, with a promissory date of delivery on 2/14 by 5 pm. Come 4:15 no delivery so I tracked the order on the website and it said my order had been rescheduled for delivery on FRIDAY 2/16. So I called and spoke with Mrs. Kathy; she took my order, she made the arrangement and had it out and delivered within an HOUR. That is exceptional customer service and this is what keeps people coming back.
