    I woke up mid-morning to a firm knock on the door. I opened it to find the most beautiful bouquet of 18 long stemmed pink roses in a glass vase!!!!!!! My fiance sent them for my birthday. What was cool was the delivery guy standing a distance away with a smile on his face making sure someone retrieved them, then wishing me a happy day. The presentation was beautiful!!! I know where I'm getting the flowers for my wedding next year!!!

    Wonderful experience in a usual stressful moment. It is always taking a chance ordering flowers online right? I learned long ago to avoid "TeleFlorists" and contact a shop in the town where my recipient lives. (So easy thru Google.) From reviews, I chose 1st Moment.     I ordered flowers tonight about 6:30. Ann called to let me know about some substitutions since some were out of season. She said she could deliver them tonight!! I was so thrilled since the occasion is very sensitive. She sent a picture of them by text just as she was about to leave to deliver them. They were stunning!! Much more beautiful than the arrangement I saw on line. Stunning! My daughter and her husband loves them! And Ann? She went far and above what she had to and was just as sweet and caring as can be!     This was the first time I have received a floral arrangement from 1st Moment Flowers. The arrangement was beautiful, flowers were fresh and the color combination of the various flowers used blended really well. Even the hand of the basket was covered in flowers.     You guys are awesome! The florist called me to personally discuss changes she needed to make to the bouquet due to flower availability.     Recieved flowers from my sister in CA. Everything my sister requested was fulfilled. It was a lovely arrangement and beautiful vase. The owner called my home to make sure I recieved the arrangement intact, since I was not home at the time of delivery, wishing me a Happy Birthday and a return phone number in case of problems. Very nice touch, noting the delivery day was a busy bridal day for the florist.
