    The arrangement is so beautiful! But, it came in a rustic wooden box for the vase/container, and it leaks. The plastic box liner must have a crack in it. So, I have to keep the arrangement in a deep dish to prevent a flood on my table.

    If you can't see it don't buy it! I wanted three 3'x 4' Grave Blankets made of evergreen boughs with artificial holly and leaves. Daniel said they could make them, but I would have to pay for them first. I paid $272 for one to see how it would come out. The "Grave Blanket" they made was a 3' by 3' cut flower arrangement. Not what I ordered, paid for or wanted. I would not recommend this place.

    When asked if delivery would be morning or afternoon, I was told that they didn't know. I asked am or pm, they didn't know. I said just leave it on fron step. Delivery was an Easter Lily. Five tight buds, not one bloom open. That's disappointing.

    Hi Barbara, I'm sorry you were disappointed in the Easter Lily. All our Lilies came in tight, but they will open, unfortunally we can't controll when the lilies will bloom. My driver calls all recepients to verify someone will be home. At holiday times when we have 100 orders going out it is difficult to let you know when you will be receiving the flowers, We strive for the best customer service and hope you understand due to covid restrictions we have limited staff to fullfill the holiday orders.     My flowers that my significant other sent me for Valentine’s Day were beautiful. My only disappointment was that instead of simply the flowers being delivered as the surprise that was intended, I received a phone call stating that I had a delivery and to pick a time for delivery. It really ruined the surprise aspect of getting flowers. I totally understand that it is a very busy day for florists, however it lost a little bit of the magic of getting surprise flowers by getting that phone call. Otherwise I’m very happy with my flowers.

    what i ordered online was not available in the store so i had to accept a substitute which I did not see before hand. I did not receive a reduced price for the replacement. Also the delivery was not on time it was a day late and i was told it was because of a traffic accident. Not the best service I have ever had.

    I am so sorry you feel you were not given good customer service. We had run out of specific flowers that close to the holiday. We did try to service our customers with appropriate substitutions but the pricing of flowers of the substituted flowers were actually more money. Not only did we have to deal with a terrible accident but were in the middle of a severe ice storm which enabled some deliveries for that day. My staff ended working extra hours on Christmas Eve to accommodate after a severe storm. Hope this answers some of your concerns

    I have been told the plant was beautiful. It was delivered the same day as requested, and when I called to check the status of my order, I was courteously told the plant had been delivered. I did feel the combination of the delivery charge AND the service charge???? to be somewhat excessive for the size of the purchase and the proximity of the destination, but I didn't have time to shop around.
