    Twice I have ordered flowers for my mother, and both times the arrangements have been absolutely beautiful. My only disappointment was that on the last delivery she was not notified that the flowers were delivered. No one rang the door bell. She eventually found them on her doorstep, which is thankfully sheltered and shaded. If she hadn’t been going out the front door, they could have sat there all day and night.

    It is unusual that the driver did not ring the doorbell because a ring or knock is mandatory for delivery so I apologize for that.     Happy with all the service; apart from at pick-up being handed the vase to then figure out how to transport in the car. I literally held it up with one hand while driving with the other. :} To have a box around the vase packed with paper/stuffing would help greatly in transporting these gorgeous fresh arrangement. Only two things that I would improve: 1) have the option to instruct on delivery - sometimes you don't want the recipient to know that flowers are coming; and, 2) have promotional codes available - the flowers are quite expensive and I would be much more likely to buy more often if there were promo codes available.

    Sorry that you were not happy with the design. I looked at the picture of the flowers we sent out and there were a few substitutions of flowers. Although the color was the same . EG hyacinth for iris. We try our best to make the arrangements as close as possible if we happen to have sold out of a particular variety. I am glad the flowers were beautiful though.     It would be be great to be able to actually see what size the different price floral arrangements were. You only give one picture and 3 prices. I am left to guess what the less expensive one will look like. Perhaps you only have to do this with a couple of examples as long as this is your standard way of doing the rest of the choices. Otherwise great shopping experience and flowers were delivered on time.

    Super efficient to work with. Great staff-amazing cheerful attitudes. Called in the order to be delivered, basically just gave them a budget to work with. Paid via cc over the phone- it was such an easy process. Flowers were delivered day of on time and looked beautiful!! Definitely a floral shop you can trust!!

    I was in a rush to find a florist to get sympathy flowers to my Uncle's wife after his passing so did an internet search for florists in her cicy and found Buckets Fresh Flower Market. It was late morning but did ask for the delivery to happen the same day. I was VERY impressed and pleased to get a txt back from my aunt saying the flowers had been delivered (and were beautiful) literally only hours later... THANK YOU Buckets!!
