    The flowers were beautiful, but they combined some flowers that last longer than others, so the first flowers only lasted 4 days. A little disappointed in that.

    I received a call in the morning asking the best timeframe for delivery. I had stated between 5-6 pm. Although they came at that time I still wasn’t home and received a phone call. The gentleman who was doing the delivery was kind enough to call me and return later when we were home as I was receiving two flower arrangements. I was extremely appreciative of this arrangement as it took away from his time with his family. Beautiful floral arrangements and great service! Many thanks for brightening up my Birthday!!

    I got an email saying that the bouquet was undeliverable, that the address and phone number were wrong. However, the recipient said they had received the flowers. It would have been very nice if you had followed up, and informed me that the flowers had in fact been delivered successfully. I have no idea if the address was in fact incorrect, or correct, and I have no idea how the flowers were actually correctly delivered.

    Last friday was our Anniversary and I had ordered flowers from Flowers Beautiful. They were ordered earlier in the week, I had clicked onto the website and under the Anniversary Tab were displayed a selection Roses called - "Fiery Love vase of Circus Roses" . I called the shop and was helped by the a member of the staff. She promised they would be delivered by noon on friday and they were to my wifes surprize.
