    The flowers were beautiful and arrived on the day they were supposed to. I like that a photo was provided of the arrangement that was being delivered. Will definitely order again. One note is specific instructions were given for delivery but not followed. She did receive them without any problems though.

    I cannot say how much we appreciated the service of Flowers Beautiful. Unbeknownst to me in the UK, my Canadian aunt was in hospital. The company tried three times to deliver on the Saturday and alerted me to her not being there. Having found out where she was, they then delivered to another family member, who delivered to the birthday girl. She received the flowers today and loves them. However They we’re not at all bright and colourful as the ones I picked.This is disappointing for me.     I ordered a custom bouquet for my Grandmum's 97th birthday last year & the bouquet was beyond beautiful! I asked for her 8 daughters, 16 grandchildren & 15 great grandchildren to be reflected in the bouquet. A year later, Grandmum still talks about the bouquet and I'm lucky enough to be celebrating Grandmum's 8th birthday with her next week, so I've put an order in again.     I received a call in the morning asking the best timeframe for delivery. I had stated between 5-6 pm. Although they came at that time I still wasn’t home and received a phone call. The gentleman who was doing the delivery was kind enough to call me and return later when we were home as I was receiving two flower arrangements.     I was so pleased with the service! I ordered flowers for my friend who is a new mother and her mom for Mothers day. Quite honestly... I ordered it a little too late and didn't realize that it would almost be impossible to deliver flowers on saturday/sunday. I settled for a Monday delivery, but I got a phone call that you were able to deliver on Sunday!!! WOW! What an amazing surprise.     I got an email saying that the bouquet was undeliverable, that the address and phone number were wrong. However, the recipient said they had received the flowers. It would have been very nice if you had followed up, and informed me that the flowers had in fact been delivered successfully. I have no idea if the address was in fact incorrect, or correct, and I have no idea how the flowers were actually correctly delivered.

    The flowers were beautiful and were delivered on a timely basis. To add to your service, it would be great to have someone take a cell pic with the person who is receiving the flowers (if they agree to it, of course) and then send to customer who made the order.

    Last friday was our Anniversary and I had ordered flowers from Flowers Beautiful. They were ordered earlier in the week, I had clicked onto the website and under the Anniversary Tab were displayed a selection Roses called - "Fiery Love vase of Circus Roses" . I called the shop and was helped by the a member of the staff. She promised they would be delivered by noon on friday and they were to my wifes surprize. The flowers are beautifully displayed in our home and after a week are still fresh and look great. Thanks to the staff at the shop for assisting us in celebrating our day.

    I am originally from BC and presently living in the southern US. My hgrandmother was scheduled for surgery and I wanted to sent a bouquet that would brighten her day.
