I've known Susan and have used Susan's Flowers & Gifts for, at least 20 years! We live in the Midwest, so I order "long-distance". I have family in her area, so it is wonderfully easy to order & leave it up to them! She, and her staff, are ALWAYS helpful, courteous and will willingly offer suggestions when I don't know exactly what I want. If there was a 10 Star option for rating, I'd have chosen 10 Stars!
