I received a very polite phone call the day of delivery asking if I would approve a substitution since they were out of a flower needed for my arrangement which was no problem.     Kudos to flower town of Salisbury!!!! I needed a last minute gift for my anniversary and the florist in my town (Mooresville) had already closed. I called all around trying to find someone to help me. I found flower town in a google search and called and explained my sitaution.     As far as I know the plant ordered for Danny Misenheimer got to him at his Dad's service? I got an email that stated that it was delivered almost a week later. I hope that it went to the funeral home...but not sure as I couldn't attend due to other family issues.

    Very pleased with Flower Town, as I ordered flowers on-line for a person in the hospital. The next day the florist called me and said the person was not at the hospital. I found out she decided to check out the night before. Flower Town rearranged the delivery to the persons home. Most places would not have called and redirected the delivery. Thanks!!
