    I made the order at 9pm on the website for delivery the next day before 3pm. They delivered by 1pm, which was great. However, the picture of the flowers delivered were nothing like the picture on the website (fewer and different colored blossoms, fewer different types of flowers, more greenery).     My boyfriend sent me flowers, a balloon and a stuffed animal for my birthday. The flowers showed up in great condition, but there was a mix up and the balloon and stuffed animal were not delivered. He contacted Falula's, and they made an extra trip after closing time to fix the situation, and even included an extra stuffed animal. Great customer service to make the situation right!

Falula's made a special trip to deliver the balloon and stuffed animal, and even included an extra animal because of the mix-up. I was impressed with the effort they took to correct the mistake, great customer service!

    The arrangement was gorgeous! Such a wonderful combination! I especially like cut flowers arranged in a vase rather than foam. They seem to last a lot longer that way. I got my flowers on Friday, and Monday morning they look just as great as when they were delivered. I have received flowers from you before, and they were just as lovely as these.     I had picked a certain arragement because of the deep blue and yellow coloring. I received a phone call from you explaining that not all the flowers were available, nor the blue vase. I was disappointed and said I would call bak. I received another call from you that you had managed to find the vase and would try to get as much of the colors as possible in the arrangement. The caller was very helpful and I understood that it was Memorial Weekend and not everything was available. The receiver of the arrangement took pictures and enjoyed it. It did not have the effect that I was looking for but I know they did their best under the circumstances. Very pleasant and helpful staff, and if the flowers would have been available I would have ranked the experience as a "five". I will use your services again.
