    Everything went smooth. the driver did call us to confirm that she was dropping it off and that she initally couldnt get ahold of the person who they were being delivered to but after i got a hold of them she went and dropped them off. price was fair and product was great.

    It was amazing to work with them! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom at work right before the Shelter-in-Place order went into effect. There was a last minute scramble when I found out hours before the delivery was supposed to occur that her business was not allowing deliveries.     The flower arrangement was beautiful. I rated it 3 stars simply due to the timing of the delivery. I work from home and my husband tried to have these delivered while at home but the delivery didn't come until close to 5 pm when he had already returned home. So, my husband answered the door to receive the flowers - sort of killed the romance behind his gesture. He would've been better off just picking up some flowers from Costco and bringing them home to me.

    I sent flowers to my sister for celebrate completing radiation therapy for cancer. She loved the flowers and said they made her smile all day. I had the flowers sent to her job and she received them by 10:00 a.m. I was very pleased with the service from Abbie Lane.

    The arrangement "Heavenly Aura" absolutely made my mom's day. The photo that she sent to me, was gorgeous! The product definitely was more beautiful in real life than in the photo. And, there were absolutely no problems with the web site service or delivery.

    Addie Lane did my wedding flowers, it was my first time using them and I was very pleased! The bouquets looked better than I had imagined. Great customer service and the staff was very accommodating and easy to work with.

    Outstanding local floral store! I'd like to thank Miki for taking the time to sit down with me and help me create and suggest what I was looking for, for my wedding!
