    The Bloom Room was absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful and friendly. They called me to discuss exactly what I wanted and let me know items/flowers they had or didn't have available. And then sent me a picture of the gorgeous arrangement after it was finished so I could see it before it was delivered. The family that received it said they were "the most beautiful flowers we've ever seen" and they're going to make a remembrance bracelet with them. Thank you SO much Bloom Room! If you're trying to decide on a flower shop, The Bloom Room is it! Cannot recommend enough!

    I made my order from Texas and I am never sure what will be present. The flower were delivered and I received comments on how lovely they were. I have never had a sad ugly bunch..I just worry needlessly. The shop calls if they need to make a substitute on a flower with suggestions, they are always very polite and helpful.     I was very pleased with the service I received after another local florist abruptly cancelled my order without explanation. I placed my order with Linda's online and then called the shop directly after the fiasco with the other florist. It was explained to me that the exact arrangement I ordered was not available, but substitutions could be made that would provide for a nice funeral arrangement. The arrangement arrived at the church prior to the visitation and I am told it was beautiful. The staff was very caring and professional and I will use their services again should the need arise.
