It was a beautiful and unique arrangement and we appreciate the prompt delivery. She absolutely loved it. We hope to do this every year on 02/28.

    I had high hopes after getting recommendations from other Vol parents, but what I ordered left quite a bit to be desired. It was an order for a two dozen valentine rose arrangement and it looked like something that came from a box and was delivered by the post office. Not what I would expect from what I heard from others. Not only that, it was short three roses. Can't say I will be a repeat customer which sucks as I was hoping I would be.

    Mark, I am sorry to hear this! I spoke with our delivery person yesterday and he said it was delivered to the apartment leasing office, without broken stems. If the flowers shifted during delivery, i am sorry about that. I am the co-owner here and probably made this arrangement myself. I know it was pretty when it left the shop :) Please try us again. Valentine's Day is a hard day, the busiest and probable most stressful trying to get the orders made up and out the door. I will refund the 3 roses that are missing as well as comp the delivery charge. Thank you! Jenny

    I ordered a plant online for my mom's birthday. Since I am in CA and she's in TN, I had absolutely no experience with this florist so I emailed them some questions.     Tina, We are sorry that you were not pleased with the arrangement we made. We do attempt to make the flowers resemble the stock photos that are on the website, but it will never be an exact replica.Very often we do have to substitute flowers and colors, especially for same day deliveries. The photo shown was for a 70.00 bouquet. We had to reduce the size down slightly for the 60.00 size you ordered. There is a service fee that FSN does charge to use the website, but there should be just one, no 2. Delivery is extra and should be labeled as a delivery charge.

    Always a 10. They have done weddings, funerals, impromptu gifts, even out-of-town orders. If I know what I want, Leonard and Jenny can create it. If I don't, they can suggest something. Always origina, always beautiful and Always within the price I give them (including tax, delivery, etc) These people are the very best and you just cannot go wrong calling them. A favorite was a festive Christmas wreath for the door when we lost a much loved uncle just after Thanksgiving. My aunt said it made her smile every time she came home. The smiles were appreciated.
