    I forget the ladies name now....I'm.living in Ontario and a friend of mine is sick in Halifax. Twisted Willow called me to let me know they have my order and what time my friend could expect them. Talk about customer service! I highly recommend them!!     This was a super easy purchase that i ordered late in the day SK time to be delivered the next day in Halifax. I received confirmation the next morning that the package had delivered and was very well enjoyed by the recipient. I couldn't believe how fast it was!

    From Amsterdam, I sent flowers to my wife at her new office, in Halifax. My apologies to the delivery guy. I didn’t realise office opening was delayed a week. He was a little short with my wife when he finally called her, per the note I left with Michelle’s contact details. (Suggested he might deliver flowers to the trash). Again, my apologies. We received the flowers in the end. They were beautiful. Thank you!

    Dear William, I am outraged of what the driver suggested to your wife. During any major holiday we hire extra drivers from an outside company to help out with the deliveries, and always satisfied with their service until you made us aware of what was said to your wife.     So very happy with the basket my son received! Very friendly staff and prompt delivery. Even on Valentine’s Day with a snow storm.     Amazing service! Requested for a timed delivery but being unable to get a hold of the recipient, Twisted Willow called me and updated me on the situation. This allowed me to get in touch with the recipient and determine the next best delivery time. I ordered them in the morning for same day delivery to my best friend who was having a baby, and the only instructions I gave were to send them in her name to the delivery ward at the hospital. After the baby was born she wrote me a note to say how beautiful they were, and how incredible the timing - she said it was probably 15 minutes after the baby was born that there was a knock on the door and the flowers were there.     The croton was not available, however I quickly got an email informing me of this, and a possible replacement. I took the replacement, and the recipient enjoyed the plant. I also ordered from another florist, and of the two the recipient prefered the package from Barrington. The croton I had ordered was not available from Barrington, however the recipient was happy.
