    So sorry we didn't have the right colors. This does happen in a small town. We can not possibly stock every flowers shown on the web site so we try to get as close as possible.     Dear Kristy, I am so sorry we disappointed you. We were very busy with funerals during that time. I do not remember the specifics of why it didn't get delivered to the funeral home. I do remember delivering one to Miss Marggies house later that day. It seems like that order came in after the funeral home had already left, but I might be mistaking.     Absolutely disappointed with the arrangement that was sent to my mother-n-law for Mother's Day!! It looks like a two year old arranged it!! Throughly disgusted because this was an $85 arrangement. If I could attach a photo on here for you to see I would!!! There is of course no charge for the replacement flowers. The original cost of the flower was $70 and the replacement arrangement was made to this value. I hope you have a great day.

    B&R Greenhouse did a great job of delivering beautiful flowers to my wife. The only thing that I would recommend is that they use a typewriter or some form of print rather than hand-write my personal greeting on the small card. But other than that, communication and quality was excellent and I would use them again.
