    Although the arrangement looked pretty from the onset when you took a closer look you could see that several of the flowers in the arrangement were already died or dying.     Canos is the best.... they will work with your budget and give you a full beautiful arrangement... You must speak spanish and be able to fully explain what you want. I recommend bringing pictures if you are not fluent in spanish
