    The arrangements are always so nicely done. I have ordered from here several times. Service is friendly however for Valentine's Day the flowers I ordered weren't delivered until after 4:30. I know this because I kept checking the camera for the delivery. Since the price of flowers are spiked up for the holiday, spend some $ on paying for extra help. What was suppose to put a smile on someone's face ended up making them feel forgotten and unappreciated. Orders are taken early days in advance, but delivery could definitely use some help. Very disappointed.

    Horrible customer service! Placed an important order to be delivered and order was canceled with no communication to me. Reason was delivery address was in Abq. No my email listed an Clovis address and billing address was in Abq. Maybe pay more attention. Was also told they were busy with a funeral. Hmmm sounds like due to you being busy you messed up my order. Nice customer service.

    I have double checked this order and every way I look at it shows the city of the recipient to be Albuquerque. I DO NOT see the billing information on orders. The company that manages my website sent me a copy of your order confirmation. It show the delivery city to be Albuquerque. I did have a very big funeral today. And being that busy does sometimes results in mistakes. If it is my mistake I will own it and do my best to correct it. I am sorry you had a bad experience. That order confirmation went to the same email address that your rejection email should have gone to.

    I went directly to your site instead of 1-800Flowers because you could deliver in time for my daughters birthday. Although the service was exceptional I was disappointed with the arrangement. I paid for the most expensive bouquet and unfortunately it looked the the standard. The vase was small, there were only six flowers total. Definitely not worth the almost $90 I paid.

    I am so grateful to Strickland's for the service they provide! I was able to surprise my loved one on Valentines from the other side of the globe! The website is easy to use. My only suggestion would be to give options on what the stuffed animal would be.

    I purchased the flowers for delivery online. They were delivered to my fiancée at work during the time I requested. They were wonderfully presented and she loved them. My daughter sent me a picture...and although she was pleased, it did not look much like the advertisement...not very "robust" and not many carnations and no roses (although I think is was the roses that you didn't have in the colors that would fit).
