    We are sorry for your inconvience but our policy is to call customer before deliverying. We tried several times to reach customer on friday and never received a call back. The customer did pick up flowers on Saturday and did receive the delivery fee back. We did also offer to deliver the flowers on Saturday.

    After many searches for flower arrangements, I finally came across Specialty Floral, whom happened to be a local shop. I placed an order for the Cross Standing Sprays for my Dad’s funeral that had just passed on the 11th of the month, the arrangement exceeded my expectations, the placement of the flowers are exactly like the photo online with the exact, identical flowers, literally. It was so beautiful, I’m sure my Dad loved it as much as my family and I did, for such a sorrowful time. Thank you again, Cookie. The Cross in its width/length is bigger than expected. So that’s a plus.

    I had a last minute idea to send my daughter some flowers on her birthday. She lives only a few miles away from this floral shop. I ordered them a little after 11 a.m. and they were able to get them to her before she left for work at 1:30 p.m. as I requested. Nice work Specialty Floral. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Mary and her staff have been absolutely brilliant in creating arrangements and have always surprised me with how beautiful their flowers can be when they arrive.
