    I have been tanning here a few weeks now and the beds are always clean and ready to go! They do a great job keeping their beds hot and their facility clean. They also have a large selection of tanning products and all the girls there seem very knowledgeable over the products they carry.

    This was a large funeral, some items went to the Hills office off of Hwy 37 until we were advised to not deliver there anymore and instead the family and funeral home preferred we deliver straight to Snowhill baptist church on Sunday day of the viewing. Everything was delivered by April 23rd for the viewing and the service the following day. It was just not confirmed in the system until later as we did not have a chance to process paperwork until then because of the quanity of orders we had. Please consider editing your 1 star rating thank you.

    Did not look anything like the picture. It was a lot smaller arrangement and the flowers started wilting the same day they were delivered.

    Sir I understand that you were not satisfied with the arrangement. Thank you for bringing to my attention that the website automatically updated and the item you ordered said the picture was showing an arrangement at the price of $50 which is incorrect and lead to you have different expectations due to the incorrect information. I would be more than happy to replace the wilted flowers but I am confused as to why I am just now hearing from you on April 6th when the flowers were delivered on March 23rd. Please give me some feedback and let me know if you would like a new set of flowers.

    I was very disappointed as I am sure the spender paid a good amount. 1/2 of the flowers were loosing their petals on Friday morning & they were recovered on Wednesday at 5:30 pm. The attached baloon looked like it was a week old.

    We would like to bring you a fresh vase of flowers. I’m not sure why the balloon looked bad because I aired it up myself right before it was delivered and at that time it was fine. As for the flowers we sometimes receive flowers this time of year that are not the quality we desire but we would like to make that up to you and provide a new arrangement. I also requested a certain type of balloon in the comment section, they called me immediately and told me they were out of that balloon could they they replace it with more food items.     I ordered online, and had a couple of special requests for the gift arrangement. They weren’t able to meet the all of the colors of roses I specified, but called me within 30 minutes of when I submitted he order. They offered several substitute options, and were very apologetic for not having one of the colors I ordered, due to the Valentine’s Day rush. I would definitely use Flower Boutique again.
