    I ordered a flower arrangement and balloon for Mother's Day. The flowers were very nice, however the balloon was not delivered. It arrived a few days later after a courtesy call from YF revealed the mistake. I appreciate fixing the error, and although it's not the core of the gift, the surprise of everything arriving together is really the point. Still, good service overall.

    Flowers were lovely, and were exactly what I was expecting and made the recipients day. I was a bit disappointed however that the balloon was not included with the bouquet and it was sent along with her husband. I really wanted it all together.

    I received flowers that were only one colour, kind of a strange arrangement choice. The bottom of the vase was cracked and leaked water slowly over night and when I returned in the morning - my desk was covered in water and I had to use a plate under it to keep it from continually making a mess.
