    Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. When they called to gerufy she'd be home for delivery, she offered to pick them up since she'd be in town for errands anyway. They added flowers to her arrangement to thank her for saving them the time and cost of delivery. The Bouquet was beautiful and lasted for over 10 days. Glad I found a local florist!

    Pure Artistry! The two amazing baskets of fruit and flowers and chili peppers and greens were of magnificent design and fitting of a Palace. Was absolutely thrilled to see them by text and the service was personable and heartfelt. This is the way I would hope all floral designers could be. Beautiful, fresh and professional.

There is a substitution policy on our website that we display for customers to see in case we are out of the requested item or container and sometimes we are unable to get the requested item as well . However in saying all that you should have been called and made aware of that also. I apologize that you were not notified. We really strive for the best customer service.     Having friends in Eldon, and being from Sydney, Australia I was more than impressed with ordering a lovely baby girl arrangement for delivery via the website. Nothing was remiss and we got a lot more flowers than what we could get in Australia for what we paid, so amazing value for money. Will use again for sure!

    Cassie was great throughout my entire process with ordering flowers for my mother's birthday. She called to inform me the flowers I originally ordered were not all available and would I be okay if she did a redesign and I agreed that it would be okay. I'm so thankful I did!     The arrangements from above and beyond are always beautiful. Probably consistently the best florist I've ever used. My only issue is what I order online and what actually shows up are sometimes very different. Equal or better value, but I like ordering online so I can "pick it out" versus calling the store. Anyway, the quality of the flowers and the arranging of the flowers is always amazing, so I keep coming back!

Also, yes fresh only lasts so long, but I did want to let you know (and you may already) that if you cut the stems at an angle every 2 days and change the water with fresh clean water they will last twice as long:) Thank you again!
