    I order an arrangement every year for a relative's birthday. I ordered for delivery on her birthday. At 4:20pm they still were not delivered & the shop closes at 5pm. I could not reach them by phone & voice mail said full. I sent a text. They did finally arrive. Overall the bouquet was similar to picture. The arrangement looked a little rushed and it was in a generic glass vase vs the finer looking square one pictured. If I order next year, I'd want to pick the arrangement up so I have more control over arrival.

    We do apologize but all our deliveries always in time when people add additional information about it (if order placed through our website) or tell us by phone (if order placed by phone). If recipient didn’t receive flowers in that time you wanted, it means no one told us about it. Or recipient wast at home when we tried to reached him during all day.
