After a mistake of how the sympathy flowers I ordered were not delivered the way they should be and I believe it was just a misunderstanding, the owner did something most businesses today would not do. They not only refunded my money, but they delivered an absolutely beautiful fresh arrangement to my friend as well. This was so appreciated and more than I expected.     Extremely nice and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help me. I live in NY and I wanted to order flowers from a local shop for my brother, recovering from surgery in a hospital in Lewiston. I didn’t know he’d be in the ICU the entire time so the flowers couldn't be delivered. A friendly staffer contacted me about this, but it was left unresolved. A week later I contacted Blais to ask if they could deliver the flowers to his home. They were so understanding and made arrangements to have flowers delivered to his home. I just can’t say enough great things about Blais!

    This is one of the most stand up companies I have ever worked with. The order was fulfilled but the church did not accept them for a funeral. When we called to see where the flowers were, they let us know they were delivered as promised. Upset that we didn't get the flowers, they subcontracted a local florist here in Portland to get the flowers to the correct person even though they already did their part. I would highly recommend this company. It's hard to find companies as compassionate as this one! Thank you!

As someone else mentioned, it would be great if there was a delivery confirmation sent - I live out of state and ordered the arrangement for a relative's birthday, so I wasnt sure if it arrived when it was supposed to.     The arrangement I ordered for my sister was beautiful. She sent me a picture of it. She said the fragrance of it was wonderful. The website was very easy to use and they were able to deliver it the day after I ordered it.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on Mother's Day at her work. Even though I specifically requested Sunday, Mother's Day, they were delivered on Saturday. Luckily she worked that day also, otherwise she would not have been there. The delivery fee is not cheap. If I wanted my mom to have flowers on Saturday, I would have brought them myself. I wanted it to be a special thing for her ON Mother's Day. Also, one of the main flowers was already wilted on arrival.

At times, due to funerals, we do run out of flowers. Good problem to have but yes, at times we do run out for a day or two. Lesson here: Order your flowers early.     Very pleased! Tried to have the same item delivered to the same address through a national provider who claimed to charge less money. After placing the order and be I ngambwe charged, the called to let me know that the item I ordered would actually cost an additional $15. Thankfully, I cancelled and started an order with Blais because the cost was comparable to what I had originally paid the first company and the product was beautiful and delivery seamless. Thanks for being available when I was feeling quite disappointed and frustrated. Would definitely use Blais again!

    Thank you, Blais, for the delivery of my early Valentine flowers from my husband! They are beautiful and not too large and overwhelming. I am not a traditional dozen roses type so the one red res with the white, pink and purple flowers in a beautiful red mason jar is perfect!
